Thursday night MannequinSF attended The Wella Professional and Ok! Magazine event at Umbrella Salon.
There was live music, event photographers, wine and hors d’oeuvres, stylists giving complimentary and customized color consultations, swag bags, and a live runway show.
The inspiration of the models looks was taken right off the runway. Such as; the Chanel Pre Fall 2012 show and Alexander Mc Queen’s 2009 collection show. Can you recognize the inspiration for the other looks?

The Asian Art Museum of San Francisco is one of the largest museums in the Western world devoted exclusively to Asian Art, with a collection of over 17,000 artworks spanning 6,000 years of history. Yesterday MannequinSF had a casting call and fitting at Pigment Cosmetics in San Francisco. Models from all over the bay area came out for their chance to model for one of the four designers collections that will be featured on June 7th.
Siobhan Neiland the founder and designer of the Onemama collection, designer Daniel Chimowitz and designer Victor Tung all made an appearance to scope out the fierce competition. Thank you to everyone that came out!
